Job Summary
Lead Software Development team following Agile, Scrum, and Silencer Central best practices to oversee codebase creation, customization, and optimization. Manage and track delivery of high-quality, timely efforts using Azure DevOps, GitHub, and AWS while resolving technical issues to maintain optimal performance. Conduct regular reviews of projects and functionality to ensure responsiveness, and collaborate with business leaders to prioritize solutions and design enhanced processes. Maintain detailed documentation for configurations and coding practices while staying updated on development trends to introduce innovative solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 5 – 8 years of software development experience
- Proven experience managing and mentoring a team of developers
- Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver web development projects on time and within budget
- Experience with cloud-based AI services (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Excellent attention to detail, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently to achieve goals and targets
- Critical thinking ability - using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, web development, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered
- Experience working with CRM/ERP software, NetSuite strongly preferred
- Experience delivering production level software nationwide
- Proven experience integrating AI tools into enterprise IT environments
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and their practical applications
