Senior Manager, Software Development responsible for leading the Load Balancer team in OCI Networking. Lead a hands-on, data-driven engineering organization to grow the Load Balancer platform as a Tier-0 service, balancing growth, stability, availability, and feature expansion. Build and execute the strategic vision and near-term roadmap, drive delivery efficiently, cultivate a culture of high standards for quality and delivery, and grow the team. Passion for automation, solving complex problems, and working in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with large internal and external customers to deliver scalable networking features.
