Job Summary
Lead a team of software engineers, translating product priorities into technical objectives and actionable delivery plans. Drive planning, scope clarification, and prioritization with Product Management, Architecture, QA, and Operations stakeholders to ensure reliable release of secure access features. Manage team capacity, skill development, and hiring needs while guiding the application of sound engineering practices including automation and operational readiness. Act as the primary point of contact for internal departments, identifying risks early and maintaining transparent communication on progress and commitments.
