Job Summary
Senior Manager, Software Development Engineering leads delivery and operations for key applications within the Connected PBM Ecosystem and Finance Applications. This role manages engineering teams that build and support systems for PBM client underwriting, contract management, trade products, and ecosystem integrations; partners with product, architecture, and business stakeholders to ensure technology solutions align with strategic goals and OKRs; drives CI/CD, testing, and operational excellence; coaches engineers and leads through design and code reviews to ensure quality and timely delivery; responsible for capacity planning, vendor contributions, and ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements. Strong hands-on leadership across Angular, TypeScript, Spring Boot, Java/Kotlin, cloud platforms (GCP/Azure), and modern testing frameworks, with experience in agile delivery and stakeholder management.
Required Qualifications
- 7 plus years of experience in software engineering with 5 plus years of experience leading full stack engineering teams
- Hands on background with Angular, TypeScript, Spring Boot, Java or Kotlin
- Experience with CI CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions
- Experience deploying and supporting applications on cloud platforms such as GCP or Azure
- Experience working in Agile delivery models
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
