Senior Manager, Software Development Engineering (Claims Adjudication)

Manage assigned functional areas through detailed planning of projects, resources, and skillset mapping while providing technology guidance aligned with functional and technical requirements. Successfully deliver all projects and programs without compromising quality, budget, scope, and schedule by meeting scheduled milestones and ensuring team adherence to work, documentation, and audit standards. Lead the development and delivery of innovative AI tools, consult with business and IT stakeholders to address roadblocks, and identify service level agreements to continually improve related processes. Perform periodic assessments of CVS and vendor resources, provide formal feedback on performance gaps, and actively participate in recruitment and selection processes for both internal and offshore vendor relationships.
