Job Summary
Senior Manager, Social Media Art Direction responsible for social-first creative direction across global brand campaigns, sports sponsorships, high-profile cultural moments, creator partnerships and events. Lead creative concepting and content development for global social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X) and translate brand guidance into actionable direction for external partners and internal teams. Oversee end-to-end post-production, asset QA, on-set social support at events, and post-production best practices. Manage relationships with external agencies, freelance creators, videographers, photographers and editors; provide creative briefing and oversight. Develop and lead training sessions to upskill the Global Social Media team on creative standards, post-production fundamentals and platform best practices. Stay current on sports, culture and social media trends and apply insights to sponsorships, events and campaigns. Flexible for evenings, weekends, and international travel as required.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of social media content creation experience in-house or agency
- fashion, lifestyle or beauty experience preferred
- strong mentorship and leadership capabilities
- expertise in visual storytelling across formats
- proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite, Asana, Microsoft Office or similar tools
