Job Summary
The Senior Manager Skier Services directs and monitors the overall Ski and Snowboard School products and staff to ensure exceptional guest experience and safety, coordinating with multiple resorts and leaders to drive revenue, manage expenses and forecasting, and oversee training plans. Leads and develops managers and supervisors, champions safety culture, stays current on regulations, partners with resort leaders to share best practices, maintains facilities quality, and upholds the company’s diversity, equity, and inclusion philosophy while representing Wilmot Mountain in the community.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous guest service experience
- Supervisory experience required
- Valid Driver’s License
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English
- Intermediate skier or snowboarder
