Senior Manager, SIOP – Asia

Job Summary
Develop and execute the Asia region's SIOP strategy, aligning demand, supply, inventory, and financial plans to support regional growth. Establish and maintain a robust, data-driven process that enhances forecasting accuracy and balances working capital with customer service levels. Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to drive best-in-class planning methodologies and optimize material and capacity management. Lead process transformations, integrate new product introductions, and implement AI-driven solutions to improve supply chain agility. Monitor critical performance metrics and communicate risks to senior leadership, ensuring disciplined execution across the Asia Leadership Team.
Required Qualifications
- BS in business administration, logistics, or operations management, or equivalent work experience
- 10-15 years of work experience in similar position
- Excellent knowledge of planning techniques and best practices
- Advanced knowledge of excel and access
- Ability to travel 25%
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree with similar background preferred
