Job Summary
Senior Manager, Shopper & Occasion Marketing leads occasion-based and shopper marketing strategy across a Toys and Games portfolio, owning go-to-market strategy and shopper activation from brief to regional execution. Responsibilities include developing occasion programs aligned with brand campaigns, creating consumer-focused messaging and assets, briefing creative teams, partnering with global and regional merchandising, CSM, and account teams, and synthesizing shopper insights to guide toolkit development. Requires 7+ years in shopper or seasonal marketing with upstream strategic experience, strong strategic and creative direction capabilities, cross-functional collaboration across multi-market programs, and a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field (MBA a plus). Role is onsite Tuesday–Thursday at Hasbro’s Boston HQ or Pawtucket HQ, with global scope across NA, LATAM, EMEA, APAC. Salary range $139,500–$209,300 USD plus incentives; benefits include health, time off, financial well-being, and development programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in shopper marketing, occasion or seasonal marketing, trade marketing, or integrated consumer marketing
- Demonstrated experience leading occasion-based or seasonal marketing programs
- Experience leading cross-functional collaborations across brand, design, merchandising, and regional teams
- Global or multi-market experience with understanding of regional differences in shopper behavior
- eCommerce fluency and digital shelf understanding
- Excellent communication and alignment skills
