Job Summary
Drive activation and spend growth for the Shikhar portfolio within the assigned geographical area by executing the annual engagement program calendar and managing one direct report. Coordinate with analytics and portfolio teams to identify low-activation pockets, while scanning the market for best practices to recommend program improvements. Monitor budget adherence, program performance by region, and regulatory compliance, ensuring proper documentation for audit readiness. Liaise with sales and branch teams to support on-ground execution and roll out regional festival campaigns. Maintain merchant-funded offer properties and fine-tune approaches based on feedback loops.
Required Qualifications
- MBA /PGDBM
- Spends Category Understanding
- Good knowledge on Consumer and Competition behavior and Credit Card Market Dynamics
- Prior experience of managing alliances and partnerships
Desired Qualifications
- Alliances preferable in cards or other sectors like Telecom, Retail etc.
