Senior/Manager, SerDes Analog Design

Job Summary
Lead the team to complete the design, simulation, and design document writing of analog circuits and chips. Guide the layout and routing to improve efficiency and quality, while assisting in product testing, debugging, and application. Mentor junior analog designers and write detailed design documents. Requires a Master's degree or above in microelectronics with over 10 years of experience in analog mixed-signal circuit blocks, high-speed serial and parallel circuits, and advanced processes down to 3nm. Proficiency in Cadence Virtuoso, Calibre, Hspice/Spectre, and static timing analysis tools is essential. Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills are required, with English as a must and Chinese preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or above in microelectronics or electronic engineering
- more than 10 years of working experience
- Solid understanding and experience in designing analog mixed-signal circuit blocks, including bandgap, bias circuits, LDO regulators, amplifiers, comparators, switched capacitor circuits, ADCs, DACs, oscillators, filters, Tx/Rx equalization techniques and circuits such as de-emphasis, CTLE, DFE, CDR architecture and implementation
- high-speed digital circuits (serializers, deserializers, counters, dividers, etc.)
- Knowledge of common high-speed interface protocols (such as PCIe, USB, SATA, DDR, and LPDDR, etc.)
- In-depth understanding of analog mixed-signal design
- experience with high-speed serial and parallel circuits in advanced processes down to 3nm, FinFet, SOI, and bulk CMOS
- Extensive experience using Cadence Virtuoso, Calibre, Hspice/Spectre, and static timing analysis tools (e.g., Nanotime)
- Excellent ability to solve customer problems and deliver results in a timely manner
- Experience in team building and project management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- English is a must
