HybridToronto, Ontario, Canada

Full TimeSenior LevelSmall

Job Summary

Own the scalable SEO roadmap across 600+ dental practice brands, defining strategy, KPIs, and measurement frameworks to drive new patient growth. Lead AI Search Optimization (AIO/GEO) by developing best practices for AI-driven search experiences and building automation workflows to audit, report, and optimize listings at scale. Manage hyper-local SEO initiatives including Google Business Profile optimization, citation management, and review strategy while establishing network-wide standards. Analyze large performance datasets to identify patterns and risks, translating insights into actionable decisions for organic visibility. Communicate strategy and trade-offs to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, managing projects from plan to launch across marketing, web, and operations. This role requires 5–8+ years of enterprise SEO experience with a strong point of view on AI search and hands-on automation skills. The position offers a salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 CAD plus a 15% bonus, with a 4-day on-site schedule (Monday–Thursday) and Friday remote work.

Required Qualifications

  • 5–8+ years of SEO experience
  • significant experience in enterprise, multi-location or multi-brand environments
  • Demonstrated success building SEO programs that scale — through systems, templates, playbooks, and automation rather than one-off optimizations
  • Deep, current knowledge of local search: Google Business Profile, local pack ranking factors, listings/citations, reviews, and location page strategy
  • A working point of view on AI Search Optimization (AIO / GEO): how AI Overviews and LLM-based assistants surface and cite sources, and how to position brands to win in AI-generated answers
  • Strong AI fluency and hands-on automation skills
  • practical experience using AI tools and LLMs in day-to-day work
  • experience building workflow automations and/or AI agents
  • Strong technical SEO foundation: crawling, indexation, site architecture, structured data, page experience, and how these apply across large site portfolios
  • A good sense of UX and CRO: what makes pages convert, how to spot and fix experience issues, and how to work with design/dev to improve them
  • solid general web fluency (CMSs, templates, HTML/CSS)
  • Highly analytical, with experience building measurement frameworks
  • experience with GA4, Search Console, Looker Studio or similar BI tools
  • SQL
  • Excellent communicator who can influence senior stakeholders and external partners
  • Proven project management skills: able to run multiple concurrent initiatives across teams and vendors
  • Experience with SEO platforms built for scale (e.g., enterprise SEO suites, listings management platforms)
  • People and vendor management experience
  • French
  • Senior Manager candidates will bring deeper experience owning enterprise-scale or multi-location SEO programs
  • a track record of influencing executive stakeholders
  • prior people leadership
  • This role is 4 days on-site Monday to Thursday with Friday's work from home
  • Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada

Desired Qualifications

  • Senior Manager candidates will bring deeper experience owning enterprise-scale or multi-location SEO programs
  • a track record of influencing executive stakeholders
  • prior people leadership
  • SQL a plus
  • People and vendor management experience preferred
  • French is considered a strong asset
