Job Summary
Senior Manager leading performance monitoring and analytics efforts. Responsible for tracking KPIs across departments, developing data-driven frameworks, generating regular reports and dashboards for executive leadership, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve data accuracy and reporting efficiency, supporting strategic initiatives and business reviews, and translating insights into clear narratives for MD/CIO offices and leadership. Requires 4+ years in performance analysis/strategy, strong analytics skills (Excel/Tableau/Power BI/SQL), experience with OKRs/KPIs, and a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field. Required Qualifications
- 4 years of experience in performance analysis, business analysis, consulting, or strategy
- Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI, SQL)
- Experience with OKRs, KPIs, and performance frameworks is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Finance, or related field
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to present insights effectively to senior leadership
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
