Senior Manager, SDK Release

Job Summary
Lead planning and execution of SDK releases across multiple product programs, coordinating activities with software, validation, platform, and product teams. Manage releases supporting pre-silicon, FPGA, engineering sample, customer evaluation, and production programs while ensuring quality, documentation, and traceability. Oversee CI/CD pipelines, build infrastructure, test automation, and software configuration management including versioning and release baselines. Support delivery to internal and external customers through release planning, packaging, and documentation processes. Lead a team of release, DevOps, and software operations engineers to foster operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 10+ years of software engineering experience
- 3+ years of engineering management experience
- Experience delivering embedded software, SDKs, or platform software
- Familiarity with CI/CD, source control, and software release processes
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Required Travel: Yes, 10% of the time
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in semiconductor or embedded systems development
- Experience with GitHub, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab, or similar tools
- Familiarity with Zephyr, Linux, RTOS-based systems, and embedded development toolchains
- Experience supporting software releases for silicon bring-up, customer evaluations, or production programs
- Knowledge of software compliance, cybersecurity, and SBOM requirements
