Senior Manager, SCADA & EMS Delivery

Job Summary
Lead a dedicated delivery Cluster within the SCADA Delivery Center of Excellence, managing Project Managers with full end-to-end accountability for delivery outcomes, financial performance, and team execution across specific customer portfolios and geographic regions. Define operational priorities, structure workload, and serve as the single point of escalation for delivery issues while maintaining a 6-to-24-month forward-looking plan. Step in as a hands-on Project Manager for complex, high-risk engagements, preparing plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Own the P&L at the project level, tracking revenue, margins, and costs to protect portfolio profitability, and act as the senior customer-facing representative to build trusted relationships and drive resource plans. Enforce Company processes, audit compliance, and coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and the Technical Lead to ensure smooth program execution.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering or a related discipline
- Experience in project and/or program management
- Experience in the energy, renewables, SCADA, or enterprise-technology sector
- Demonstrated track record of managing multiple concurrent projects, or a portfolio of projects, to successful delivery
- Experience directly managing or mentoring Project Managers
- Fluency in English, written and spoken
Desired Qualifications
- PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent
