Senior Manager, SAP Order-to-Cash

Job Summary
Senior Manager, SAP Order-to-Cash leads SAP SD configuration and end-to-end O2C processes in a global regulated environment; provides hands-on SAP SD configuration and solution ownership within Finance & Commercial Technology Solutions, partnering with Global Trade, IT, and finance stakeholders. Responsibilities include configuring and supporting SAP SD O2C processes (sales order management, deliveries, PGI, billing, pricing, invoicing), intercompany O2C processes, transfer pricing, regulatory and compliance alignment (GxP, SOX, CSV), SAP Fiori UI design for O2C, API-based integrations with SAP BTP, supporting S/4HANA implementations and validations, unit/integration/UAT testing, and L2/L3 production support. Requires strong cross-functional collaboration, experience in regulated industries, travel >10%, and a Bachelor’s degree. Hybrid work pattern: 3 days per week from the Warsaw office with 2 days remote.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of SAP SD experience, including hands‐on configuration in SAP S/4HANA or ECC environments
- Strong end‐to‐end Order‐to‐Cash process knowledge in complex, global environments
- Experience supporting intercompany O2C processes and cross‐company financial integrations
- Familiarity with regulated environments and compliance frameworks (GxP, SOX, CSV)
- Working knowledge of adjacent SAP modules including FI, MM, and QM
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in global, matrixed teams
- Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in Computing, Information Systems, Engineering or related field
- Travel: Periodic domestic and international travel – More than 10%
