Senior Manager -SAP FI & FSCM Architect

Job Summary
Collaborate with decision-makers and system owners to define complex financial and operational requirements for SAP FI and FSCM solutions. Configure and implement GL, AP, AR, banking, and credit management modules while overseeing buy versus build decisions. Lead design sessions to prototype innovative system solutions and conduct in-depth analysis for business process redesign. Analyze existing system effectiveness to identify improvement opportunities and develop strategies for operational efficiency. Plan, direct, and coordinate team activities while mentoring members to achieve project objectives. Facilitate clear communication between business units and IT teams to translate requirements into functional specifications. Adhere to IT applications change management processes to ensure thorough tracking across the SAP landscape.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 15+ years of progressive business systems experience
- 15+ years of hands-on expertise in SAP ECC FI, FSCM- credit, collections, dispute management and SAP Treasury including In House Cash, BCM, money markets
- Experience working with cross-functional SAP ECC- SD, MM, PPQM, PM, PS, CS Modules
- Prior experience in professional services industries
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degree (MBA, Master's)
- Experience in Onesource /Vertex
- Preferred Experience working with SAP ECC, BTP, PO, BI, Concur, integrations and the broader SAP technology landscape
- Demonstrated experience in a matrixed environment with international teams and diverse cultural backgrounds
- ABAP debugging experience
