(Senior) Manager SAP Excise

Senior Manager SAP Excise responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team in SAP Tax Technology implementations, driving business and tax transformation using S/4HANA Cloud, and delivering solutions in excise/indirect/packaging tax. You will lead design discussions/workshops with the client Tax process area and related process areas, translate business/tax requirements into functional specifications and technical designs, configure S/4HANA (Cloud) or validate template configurations, define testing scope, support testing activities, and prepare for go-live while maintaining template integrity. Onsite project experience is required. You will stay current on SAP Build, AI, and related Tax Technology innovations and contribute to delivering Deloitte’s value propositions in this domain. You are a proactive, analytical team player with strong communication skills, capable of leadership in a client-facing setting. Qualifications include a university or bachelor’s degree, ≥6 years of SD implementation experience with leadership of teams, ≥4 completed implementations from exploration to implementation, experience with complex pricing and tax (excise/indirect/packaging) a plus, and excellent English skills. You will work on (inter)national projects, spanning from quick assessments to full S/4HANA & Tax Technology implementations.
