(Senior) Manager SAP (DRC) and e-reporting / e-invoicing

Job Summary
Implement SAP DRC and e-invoicing/e-reporting solutions for international clients, managing end-to-end delivery of programmes including external bolt-ons. Act as senior client advisor on tax output strategy, compliance design, and technical architecture across SAP S/4HANA landscapes. Own integration designs between SAP and tax authority endpoints using middleware, APIs, and vendor connectors. Manage programme delivery scope, resourcing, planning, quality, risk, and budget across multiple workstreams and countries. Lead solution governance and build multidisciplinary teams to mentor staff and develop capability. Drive commercial activities including scoping, estimations, proposals, and account growth.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years' experience in SAP / Tax technology with deep domain expertise in SAP DRC and other global e‐invoicing / e‐reporting solutions
- Proven track record leading large, cross‐country programmes and delivering commercial outcomes
- Strong commercial acumen: bid leadership, client development and P&L responsibility
- Ability to design enterprise‐grade architectures, select vendors and manage complex partner ecosystems
- Extensive experience influencing C‐level stakeholders and shaping client tax technology strategy
- Excellent people leadership and capability building skills
- Fluent in English
