(Senior) Manager SAP (DRC) and e-reporting / e-invoicing

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end delivery of e-invoicing and e-reporting programs, including SAP DRC and external add-ons like Edicom and Vertex. Act as senior client advisor on tax execution strategy, compliance design, and technical architecture within SAP S/4HANA landscapes. Own integration designs between SAP and tax authority endpoints using middleware, APIs, and vendor connectors; manage output mapping for XML, UBL, and local formats. Manage program delivery across multiple workflows and countries, overseeing scope, staffing, planning, quality, risk, and budget. Lead solution governance through design reviews, configuration standards, test strategies, and cutover planning. Build and lead multidisciplinary teams while mentoring staff to develop practical capabilities. Drive commercial activities by contributing to scoping, estimates, proposals, and client presentations to support account growth.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in SAP / Tax Technology with deep domain expertise in SAP DRC and other global e-invoicing / e-reporting solutions
- Proven track record in leading large, cross-border programs and delivering commercial results
- Strong commercial acumen: bid leadership, client development and P&L responsibility
- Ability to design enterprise-grade architectures, select vendors and manage complex partner ecosystems
- Extensive experience in influencing C-level stakeholders and shaping client tax technology strategy
- Excellent skills in people leadership and capacity development
- Fluent English
