Job Summary
Senior Manager, SAP Billing & Invoicing Management responsible for delivering, supporting, and improving SAP S/4HANA solutions for Billing, Invoicing, Revenue Recognition, and Intercompany processing. Leads functional design and solution ownership across SAP SD Billing and SAP Finance integration points; collaborates with Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, and IT to ensure compliant, scalable invoice-to-revenue processes in a regulated global environment. Key duties include configuring billing/invoice processes, revenue-recognition integrations, intercompany billing, coordinating month-end/close activities, ensuring alignment with global templates and data standards, designing SAP Fiori applications for billing/invoicing, supporting API-based integrations and SAP BTP services, supporting S/4HANA implementations, documenting requirements and functional specs, leading unit/integration/UAT testing, providing L2/L3 production support, and ensuring compliance with GxP, SOX, and CSV. Acts as trusted advisor on billing/invoicing capabilities and roadmap; travel more than 10% as needed. Qualifications include 7+ years of SAP Billing/Invoicing/Finance-integrated experience, strong SAP SD Billing and FI integration skills, intercompany experience, knowledge of revenue accounting concepts, and experience in regulated environments; preferred pharma/life sciences exposure, e-invoicing, SAP BTP/integration frameworks, and SAP certifications.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience supporting SAP Billing, Invoicing, or Finance-integrated solutions
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP SD Billing and integration to SAP Finance (FI)
- Proven experience supporting intercompany billing and reconciliation in global environments
- Understanding of revenue-related accounting concepts and system integration points
- Familiarity with regulated environments and compliance controls (GxP, SOX, CSV)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to work effectively in global, matrixed teams
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computing, Information Systems, Engineering or related field
