Job Summary
Senior Manager Sales responsible for proactively soliciting business, targeting large accounts and segments with significant revenue potential, and up-selling opportunities to maximize revenue for the property. Drives revenue through effective account management, developing sales plans, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to deliver service quality. Builds relationships with existing and new customers, partners for events, and supports execution of proposals and brand/Customer Service Standards, aiming to achieve personal and property revenue goals while aligning customer profiles with appropriate products.
Required Qualifications
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 5 years’ experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area.
- OR
- 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 3 years of experience in sales and marketing or related professional area.
