Job Summary
Senior Manager, Sales for Data360 in the Japanese market. Responsibilities include leading the Enterprise AE team to grow Data360 ACV and CCR, building strategic relationships with enterprise clients, and driving large deals from initial qualification to closing. The role emphasizes sales strategy, pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, coaching AE performance, cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Global teams, and providing deal strategy and executive presence to close high-value opportunities. Requires experience in SaaS/data management/IT or software sales, management experience with target-driven results, strong communication in Japanese (and English for global coordination), and a track record of managing complex, high-value deals.
Required Qualifications
- 法人営業経験: SaaS、データマネジメント、またはIT・ソフトウェア業界における大手企業向け営業(エンタープライズ営業)の豊富な経験
- マネジメント経験: 営業チームのリーダーまたはマネージャー経験(売上目標数値に責任を持った経験)
- Big Deal推進力: 複雑・高額案件を戦略的に推進し、クロージングまで導いた実績
- 高いコミュニケーション能力: 日本語でのビジネスレベル以上のコミュニケーション能力、英語力(グローバルチームとの連携に必要)
- 数値意識: 売上予測精度の管理、KPI・メトリクス管理能力
- CRM/データ領域の知見: Salesforce製品またはデータマネジメントプラットフォームに関する知識・経験があれば尚可
