Job Summary
Senior Sales Manager in the Benelux region responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve Total Contract Value targets across public sector, manufacturing, financial services, and energy & utilities. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure, build and maintain long-lasting client relationships, and collaborate with solutioning, bid, marketing, legal, finance and delivery teams. Track performance using Salesforce, drive pipeline health, and close deals over €3M TCV. Requires fluency in Dutch and English (French a plus) and willingness to travel across the Benelux region. The role emphasizes building relationships, delivering value, and contributing to growth in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree minimum; master's preferred
- 5–10 years of commercial sales experience
- fluency in Dutch and English (French a plus)
- ability to travel within Benelux
- proven success in complex sales cycles
- experience with Salesforce (SFDC) or similar CRM
