Senior Manager, Sales Operations

Job Summary
Partner the EMEA business as a strategic thought partner to the SVP, shaping priorities and driving execution against regional goals. Lead and develop the Strategy & Planning team by setting priorities, coaching talent, and establishing a high-accountability environment. Own the analytical rhythm of the business, including QBRs, MBRs, org deep dives, and performance readouts. Drive annual and quarterly planning for headcount, productivity, and budget while partnering cross-functionally with Finance, Sales Ops, and Analytics. Transform complex data and business signals into clear narratives and actionable recommendations for senior leaders. Identify process gaps and scaling opportunities, then design and implement pragmatic solutions to improve regional operations. Define success metrics and management mechanisms that enable leadership to stay close to performance and ahead of risk.
Required Qualifications
- Manager level: 5+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, Consulting, Analytics, Finance, or a similar strategic business role
- Senior Manager level: 7+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, Consulting, or similar Strategy & Planning roles, with a track record of leading complex cross-functional workstreams
- Experience supporting senior sales or GTM leaders in a business partner capacity
- Experience leading or developing direct reports and building strong team operating practices
- Experience working across multiple stakeholders and functions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience with regional or global planning motions
- Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets
- Comfort working with data to support business decisions
- Familiarity with Salesforce and related reporting / CRM workflows
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
- SQL experience
- Experience with planning, project management, or workflow tools
Desired Qualifications
- English major preferred
- Experience with regional or global planning motions is strongly preferred
