Job Summary
Senior Manager leads Sales Insights and Analytics, bridging technical analytics capabilities with business strategy to translate complex data into clear insights that drive global revenue performance. Role focuses on evolving from retrospective reporting to predictive intelligence, partnering with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to identify critical business questions, design dashboards and self-service analytics, and deliver actionable QBR insights. Essential skills include 10+ years in analytics/revenue operations, proficiency with BI tools and Salesforce, ability to translate business questions into analytical solutions, and a track record of driving measurable outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or insights management roles
- at least 3 years leading a team and supporting sales or revenue operations
- Strong proficiency with BI platforms, SQL, and data visualization tools
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce and marketing automation platforms
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex analytical concepts to non-technical audiences
