Job Summary
Senior Manager - Sales I is responsible for proactively soliciting and managing large group/catering opportunities with significant revenue potential, up-selling opportunities to maximize revenue, achieving personal and team revenue goals, and ensuring proper service delivery. The role focuses on developing customer relationships, driving sales through proactive solicitation, negotiating contracts, creating catering proposals, site inspections, and partnering with group/catering counterparts to grow group/catering business while delivering exemplary customer service aligned with brand standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in the sales and marketing, guest services, front desk, or related professional area.
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; no work experience required.
