Job Summary
Senior Manager, Sales Development - APAC oversees the Sales Development organization and defines outbound strategy to drive outbound pipeline and revenue in the APAC region. Responsibilities include providing leadership and strategic direction to the SDR team, coaching SDRs and junior leaders, developing programs to enhance SDR effectiveness, collaborating with regional Sales Leaders and Growth/Revenue Operations, delivering ongoing performance insights through metrics, managing direct reports, hiring/onboarding new SDRs and leaders, and fostering a high-performance, continuous-learning culture. Requires strong leadership in APAC, proven outbound-pipeline success, proficiency with common sales tech stacks (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, Sales Navigator), and ability to mentor and develop talent; remote work context and async collaboration emphasized. Reports to VP, Global Sales Development; Location: APAC (Singapore remote).
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience leading sales development teams or second-line leadership in APAC
- Track record of driving pipeline generation through outbound channels
- Strong sales acumen; closing experience preferred
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, Sales Navigator or similar
- Experience hiring, onboarding, and mentoring SDRs and leadership
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Growth)
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from ideation to execution
- Ability to analyze data to identify trends and translate into strategies for SDR performance
- Remote work experience not required but considered a plus
