Job Summary
Lead, coach, and develop a team of analysts responsible for recurring reporting, dashboards, and ad hoc analysis. Oversee the development, maintenance, and enhancement of standardized sales reports covering pipeline health, bookings, revenue, and sales productivity metrics. Support the sales forecasting process by ensuring data integrity, maintaining reporting inputs, and providing clear visibility into pipeline performance for Sales Operations and leadership. Partner with Sales leaders and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot data issues, streamline reporting workflows, and reduce manual effort through automation. Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders while maintaining high standards for accuracy, quality, and timeliness of all deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 6–10 years of experience in Sales Analytics, Sales Operations, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience managing or leading analysts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience working with large datasets
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and BI/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or similar cloud-based data environments
- Proficiency in SQL
- Working knowledge of Python or other programming/scripting languages for data analysis and automation
- Solid understanding of sales metrics, pipeline management, and forecasting concepts
- Effective communication skills with ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to manage, coach, and develop analyst teams
- Onsite work location at an HPE office
