Job Summary
Senior Manager, RSS Technology Platforms leads a cross-functional team of tech leads, developers, and analysts to deliver Salesforce-based solutions for RSS and Guided Omni/CRM. Responsible for defining and evolving CRM product and platform roadmaps, advancing engineering practices (CI/CD, DevOps, automation), and driving delivery excellence. Partners with business and technology stakeholders to ensure governance, risk management, and financial accountability across the portfolio; builds AI-enabled development capabilities and omnichannel engagement across the CRM ecosystem; manages strategic vendor relationships and programs to support platform success; requires 10+ years of leadership, a related degree, Salesforce/SaaS expertise, and experience with large-scale transformations in Financial Services, Technology, or Consulting.
Required Qualifications
- You have a minimum of 10 years of technology delivery leadership experience leading cross-functional teams
- You have a post-secondary degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related field
- You bring strong expertise in project and program delivery and a proven ability to build engaged, high-performing teams
- You have strong knowledge of Salesforce, SaaS platforms, and modern engineering practices
- You come with Industry experience in Financial Services, Technology, and/or Consulting
- You have working knowledge in supporting large-scale transformation initiatives involving complex integrations with Salesforce and a heterogeneous set of technology stacks
- You have people management experience leading cross-functional, technical teams
