Senior Manager - Revenue Operations

Job Summary

Assist the Director of Revenue Operations with revenue-related aspects of setting up and supporting new or expanding practice offices, including traveling to assess local needs, meeting with attorneys and staff, assisting with recruiting Revenue staff, and evaluating statutory requirements for start-up operations. Create tip sheets, billing manual updates, and training materials to ensure practice office revenue staff and attorneys follow proper procedures. Work with local offices to ensure Inventory Management Gold Standard execution, maintain a continuing review of revenue-related procedures for efficiency improvements, and develop and manage a bill auditing function. Protect and maintain highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and proprietary information. This role supports all US practice offices within the region and may include a hybrid schedule.

Required Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting, or a related field
  • A minimum of six (6) years increasingly complex accounting experience, with at least two (2) years of relevant experience in client billing
  • A minimum of two (2) years' of experience in a management capacity
  • Experience at a professional services organization
  • Experience with Elite accounting system or comparable enterprise financial software application
  • This role will be located in either our San Francisco or Silicon Valley office
  • This role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence

  • Possess excellent leadership skills (e.g., organizing, planning, problem-solving and decision-making) necessary for effective management
