Job Summary
Senior Manager, Revenue Operations to support Customer Success & Sales, building scalable GTM operations infrastructure and reporting in Salesforce, using AI to streamline workflows and synthesize large data sets. Serve as the operational partner to GTM leadership, translating business needs into technical specifications for Salesforce development, and facilitating change management, training, and adoption tracking. Maintain GTM dashboards and KPI frameworks, ensure cross-tool reporting fluency (Salesforce, Gong, Salesloft, Highspot), and collaborate with CS/Sales leadership to optimize processes and data governance.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations — ideally in B2B or B2B2C
- Experience supporting both a Sales and Customer Success function is required
- Deep Salesforce expertise; ability to architect reporting structures and write developer-ready requirements; Salesforce Admin certification is a plus
- Advanced AI skills with extensive experience building agents that integrate into daily workflows
- Demonstrated ability to translate GTM business needs into precise technical requirements for development teams
- Fluency across the GTM tech stack: Gong, Salesloft, Highspot, Asana, etc.; strong reporting and analytics across these platforms
- Strong analytical skills for building, interpreting, and communicating performance data to executives
- Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, CS, Finance, & Data
- Ability to travel up to 10% annually as needed
- US base salary range for this full-time position is $155,000 to $175,000; compensation details reflect base salary and bonus only; equity/benefits noted separately
