Job Summary
Senior Manager, Revenue Operations role focusing on shaping AI-enabled RevOps workflows, owning global reporting across sales funnel metrics, leading annual planning with Field Operations partners, driving CRM hygiene and AI-first dashboards, and partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Post-Sales, and Finance to enable better decision-making and scalable revenue operations. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data modeling, analytics, and building scalable reporting processes in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment, with a hybrid work arrangement in Mountain View or San Francisco and a compensation range of $200k-$240k annually.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in RevOps, BizOps, management consulting, banking, GTM strategy, or GTM Engineering, ideally supporting high-growth B2B SaaS organizations
- Advanced analytical skills: experience with large and sometimes unstructured data sets, building complex models, and translating analysis into clear, actionable recommendations
- Genuine interest in using and building with AI to improve workflows, analysis, and decision-making
- Excellent communication skills for senior audiences
- Strong operator mindset, able to move from problem definition to recommendation to implementation
- Ability to thrive in an action-oriented, fast-paced environment with ambiguity
