Job Summary
Senior Manager, Revenue Enablement – APJ leading enablement strategy and delivering world-class enablement experiences for the APJ sales organization. Partners with Sales leadership and cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Global enablement) to align initiatives with revenue goals, drives data-driven insights, and fosters a culture of learning, accountability, and growth. Responsible for developing and coaching a high-performing enablement team, contributing to SKO and New Hire Onboarding, and leveraging AI technologies to accelerate content creation and optimize enablement materials. Hybrid work model with regular in-office collaboration in Singapore or Sydney; requires 10+ years in sales, sales leadership, or enablement leadership within high-growth technology environments.
