Job Summary

Senior Manager, Retrofit Sales to lead growth in retrofit and modernization within the marine and cruise sectors. Drive the sales pipeline through consultative, value-based selling; engage senior stakeholders (including C-suite) to position solutions; negotiate and close complex, long-cycle deals; coordinate cross-functional pre-sales, ensure feasibility and delivery readiness; build and maintain trusted client relationships; identify new opportunities and markets to expand retrofit adoption; maintain CRM data and translate insights into actionable plans; pilot innovative approaches and refine strategies based on market feedback. The role requires proven B2B sales experience in marine/industrial contexts, ability to manage long-cycle opportunities, strong negotiation and cross-functional leadership, and excellent communication and analytical skills.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven track record in complex B2B sales, ideally within marine or industrial sectors
  • Experience managing long-cycle opportunities and senior stakeholder engagement
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate, influence and close high-value deals
  • Skilled at leading cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Experience shaping commercial strategy, solution offerings, or new business models
  • Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear actions
  • Confident working in a fast-moving, evolving environment
