Job Summary
Own the ULTA.com P&L across the US and Canada, driving revenue delivery, forecasting, and profitability through strategic retailer partnerships and digital shelf optimization. Build annual and quarterly business plans to accelerate growth in assortment, search visibility, and promotional activities while managing forecasts and risks with finance and planning teams. Lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, media, creative, supply chain, and sales to execute product launches, seasonal campaigns, and co-op marketing opportunities. Optimize digital shelf performance by enhancing PDP content, SEO, and onsite merchandising, supported by analytics to monitor traffic, conversion, and basket size. Deliver executive-level reporting and actionable insights to stakeholders, ensuring operational readiness and inventory optimization.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in eCommerce, retailer.com, digital commerce, or omnichannel retail
- Strong experience managing retailer.com businesses within beauty, luxury, consumer goods, fashion, or related industries
- Proven success driving online sales growth through ecommerce strategy, digital merchandising, promotional planning, and retailer partnership management
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience managing ecommerce revenue targets, forecasting, and P&L performance
- Deep understanding of prestige beauty retailer ecosystems, luxury consumer behavior, and retailer.com best practices
- Experience working cross-functionally with media, content, creative, planning, and supply chain teams
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational execution
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience using reporting and analytics platforms such as Skai, Salsify, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
