Senior Manager Retail & Spa

Develop recruitment strategies and activate them with HR support while managing direct reports who oversee customer service and technical staff. Hold weekly one-on-ones to advise on decision-making and develop operational procedures under General Manager guidance. Manage group sales and bridal marketing programs, participating in trade shows and business partnership outreach to increase business. Meet budgeted profit goals by setting revenue and spending budgets for the Spa & Retail. Effectively manage Spa payroll, departmental checkbook, and prepare financial reports. Develop and manage the Retail Shops' annual budget, marketing/merchandising plan, inventories, and forecasts. Plan, purchase, and creatively display merchandise to promote sales and profits. Oversee total management of multiple retail shops daily, ensuring compliance with security regulations and financial controls. Monitor and control retail shop inventories, coordinating pricing, markdowns, storage, and reports to ensure accurate records and attain profit margins. Perform any other duties as requested.
