Senior Manager, Retail Real Estate for North America responsible for portfolio management and lease execution post-REC approval, coordinating LOIs and landlord communications, and finalizing lease agreements. Collaborates with internal teams (Footprint Strategy, Retail Design, Construction, Finance, Legal, Retail Operations) to monitor lease milestones, ensure compliance with lease terms and critical dates, support renewals and extensions, and drive cost-saving opportunities while aligning with business objectives. Hybrid work model with an average of 3 days in the office; primary focus on managing lease portfolios, renewals, notices, escalations, and risk mitigation across the LEGO Group’s US and Canada portfolio.
