Job Summary
Senior Manager leads Retail Investment Strategy across the full lifecycle—from business case development through to execution—delivering investment expertise and high-impact initiatives aligned to group objectives. Builds analytics and reporting requirements, influences senior leaders, shapes strategy and regulations compliance, and partners across the Bank to ensure successful delivery and customer-focused outcomes. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional programs/projects, developing change management plans, driving stakeholder engagement, and translating insights into actionable strategies to strengthen BMO’s market leadership. Requires strategic thinking, data-driven decision making, and strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- post-secondary degree in related field or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of relevant experience (implied by senior role)
