Job Summary
Senior Manager, Retail eCommerce role leading Dyson’s retailer digital media strategy across multiple key retailers and external partners. Oversees performance media campaigns, retailer partnership activations, cross-functional alignment and reporting, with a focus on meeting retailer, category, and company goals. Oversees a team of two to execute media across channels and categories, drives media planning/analysis, partners with Category heads and Sales leads, manages a retail media agency, analyzes post-campaign results, and identifies opportunities to cross-sell/upsell within Dyson’s online product selection. Requires 8+ years of digital/media experience, strong paid media expertise, deep understanding of web technologies and consumer journeys, budget management and cross-functional collaboration, plus willingness to travel up to 25%. Location-based offices in Chicago and New York, with Dyson’s US presence and retail/online ecosystem detailed in the role.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in digital media/marketing for a major brand or digital agency
- previous experience directly managing a team in a Senior level position
- strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- experience with web analytics and reporting tools
- experience with a transactional website and online consumer marketing
- expertise in paid media campaign design, implementation and optimization
- ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage budgets
- ability to travel up to 25%
- excellent communication and presentation skills
- ability to develop and manage budgets and allocate across categories/retailers/campaigns
