Lead retail banking conduct regulation insights for clients, focusing on the consumer duty, vulnerable customers, and emerging regulatory agendas. Deliver analysis on evolving regulatory and supervisory expectations while acting as a subject matter expert to support industry discussions. Engage with senior clients, regulators, and policymakers to develop thought leadership through publications and client-facing advisory work. This role sits within PwC's Financial Services Regulatory Insights team, offering flexibility across office, home, and client sites alongside private medical cover.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated understanding of regulatory and supervisory developments impacting retail banking
- Experience interpreting regulatory changes into practical business implications
- Knowledge of key regulatory themes such as consumer outcomes or conduct risk
- Experience producing written analysis or insights for professional audiences
