Job Summary
Lead complex restructuring and turnaround projects where you analyze financial situations, develop sustainable concepts, and create integrated business plans with clients. Evaluate crises holistically to identify root causes and coordinate implementation while managing internal and external stakeholders. Work directly with CEOs and investors alongside interdisciplinary teams to execute strategic and operational repositioning. Requires a degree in business administration or related fields, extensive experience in restructuring advisory or insolvency, and strong analytical skills. Fluency in German and English is essential. Required Qualifications
- Studium in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsmathematik oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Restrukturierungsberatung, im insolvenznahen Umfeld oder in der Unternehmensfinanzierung
- Kenntnisse in Bilanzanalyse, Unternehmensplanung und finanzieller Steuerung
