Job Summary
Manage multi-channel marketing initiatives including social media, onsite collateral design, and CHR website updates while tracking engagement metrics to evaluate communication effectiveness. Support annual marketing plans, budgets, and reports for assigned properties, developing standardized forms, SOPs, and crisis communication protocols. Oversee community outreach, coordinate visual assets, and facilitate resident engagement programs like surveys and events. Serve as the point of contact for marketing requests, draft proposals, and maintain property files. Assist executives with presentations and training on branding standards. Participate in ownership meetings and support on/offboarding processes for portfolio properties.
Required Qualifications
- A university degree in marketing or business-related discipline
- At least three years of relevant experience
- General knowledge of marketing tools and techniques, particularly digital marketing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to write, proofread and edit reports, business correspondence, and promotional content
- Effectively present information and respond to questions from team members, managers, clients, guests and the general public
- Detail oriented with strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Solid personal management skills, including time management, planning and organizing, and delivery of results
- Ability to compute discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages
- Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and Outlook
- Effective problem solver able to make decisions in routine situations
Desired Qualifications
- Competency in Adobe Creative Suite preferred, specifically InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop preferred
