Job Summary
Senior Manager Repair leads fleet maintenance operations, manages vendor relations, and ensures cost-efficient, compliant fleet activities including maintenance, in-fleeting, and de-fleeting. Responsibilities include overseeing a team, monitoring KPIs, coordinating vendor selection and performance, ensuring adherence to policies and quality standards, and delivering reports and presentations to leadership. The role requires strong leadership and decision-making, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to travel up to 20%. Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of management experience in a role with supervisory responsibilities
- fleet maintenance experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Able to travel up to 20% (including air travel)
- US work authorization
- 21 years old or older
