Senior Manager - Regional Medical Affairs

Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of the Regional Medical Affairs (RMA) team within the Business Unit to ensure educational excellence and operational accountability. Drive strategy and process development that optimize scientific service delivery to internal and external stakeholders while ensuring compliance with local regulatory rules and Abbott SOPs. Manage cross-functional integration with Marketing and Medical Affairs teams, coordinate field resources for initiatives like Advisory Boards and Medical Booths, and present monthly updates to internal management. Collaborate with sales leadership to align field resources with therapeutic area goals and establish customer contacts with key opinion leaders.
