Senior Manager, Real Estate Technologies responsible for delivering real estate technology initiatives, overseeing technology projects for space optimization and workplace experience, researching industry trends, and coordinating with CRE, HR, IT, Finance, and business leaders to align strategies with portfolio planning and cost management. Requires 7+ years in Real Estate technology, experience with IWMS integrations, strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder collaboration. Office located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years implementing Real Estate technology solutions for large organizations
- Experience implementing Integrated Workplace Management Systems
- managing integration with all stakeholders
- translating business needs into technology requirements and solutions
- Proven management & leadership capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
