Senior Manager, R&D Product Development leading teams to deliver a robust pipeline of regulated medical device and homeopathic products from concept through design transfer and commercialization. Oversees design, formulation, verification/validation, and compliance activities, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory alignment (Design Controls, ISO 13485, FDA/cGMP). Collaborates cross-functionally with Regulatory, Quality, Clinical, Marketing, Operations, and Manufacturing to drive project execution, risk mitigation, and strategic portfolio development. Manages budgeting/resource planning, pilot-scale work, and manufacturing scale-up; provides mentorship and performance development for team members.
