Job Summary
Senior Manager–Operations-MCL leads operational planning and execution for the MCL Operations team, coordinating with the Director-Operations-MCL on budgeting, staffing (FTE), capital, and performance metrics across assigned staff and processes. Serves on the leadership team with a focus on policy and system implementation, facilitates multidisciplinary project management, and manages staffing to fluctuating workloads. Responsibilities include policy implementation, staff recruitment, remote/on-site coordination, and serving as a primary resource for communications and cross-functional initiatives. Requires domestic and/or international travel and is an on-site role in Southaven, MS.,
