Senior Manager- Quality Reporting and Data Analytics

Job Summary
Senior Manager, Quality Reporting & Data Analytics leads healthcare quality reporting and data analytics initiatives for MSSP, ACO REACH, and value-based programs; designs and deploys data collection workflows from multiple EHR systems, analyzes large healthcare datasets with SQL and analytics tools, ensures data quality and integrity for quality measure improvement, and collaborates with EHR vendors and technical teams to optimize data extraction (C-CDA, QRDA, flat files) and end-of-year quality reporting to drive optimal ACO performance and quality measures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Data Analytics, Public Health, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare quality reporting, preferably with ACO, MSSP, REACH, or MIPS programs
- 3+ years of experience in value-based care, population health, government programs, or quality improvement
- Deep understanding of CMS quality measures, including eCQMs, CAHPS, and Medicare CQMs
- Basic understanding of clinical workflows across inpatient, ambulatory, and ancillary care settings, including how data is captured and used in EHR systems
- Knowledge of healthcare administrative and clinical datasets, including demographics, encounters, labs, diagnoses, and medications
- Experience working with EHR, practice management, revenue cycle tools, or population health platforms to support clinical or operational use cases
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with an emphasis on problem-solving and building subject matter expertise
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
