Job Summary
The Senior Manager, Quality at Mark Anthony Group is responsible for owning site-wide quality and food safety programs, leading and developing high-performing quality teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This role requires extensive experience in Quality Assurance and Food Safety, along with strong leadership and operational skills. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field and over 10 years of experience in the industry, including people management expertise. The position emphasizes the importance of continuous improvement and collaboration across functions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, Food Science, or similar)
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance / Food Safety within regulated manufacturing
- 5+ years of people leadership experience, developing and coaching teams
- Hands‐on experience in fast‐paced, high‐pressure manufacturing environments
- Proven ability to partner cross‐functionally and influence without authority
- A mindset focused on continuous improvement, people development, and long‐term business impact
Desired Qualifications
- Food Safety certifications such as HACCP, PCQI, SQF, or equivalent
- Working knowledge of FDA, TTB, FSMA, or similar regulatory frameworks
- Strong understanding of QA laboratory operations and beverage manufacturing protocols
